 ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems.  It sets out the requirements for Quality Management Systems that once integrated to the operation will guide any organization achieve and enhance Customer Satisfaction and establish a framework for Continual Improvement.  

Benefits of a Quality Management System include improved organizational effectiveness and efficiency in meeting objectives, higher level of productivity and competitiveness and strengthened team work and customer orientation within the organization.  

The requirements of the standard steers the organization to apply the 8 Quality Management Principles that management experts throughout the world believe to be necessary in order for an organization to become more effective and efficient.  These principles are Customer-Focus, Leadership, Involvement of People, Process Approach, Systems Approach, Continual Improvement, Factual Approach to Decision Making and Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationship. 

OBJECTIVE:

  • To enable everyone in the organization to understand and appreciate the establishment of Quality Management System and on how it could assist them in becoming more competent and involved in the organization as “quality” is everyone’s business.
     
  • To be able to assist the organization in documenting its Quality Management System and offer solutions on how to utilize Information Technology to make the documentation process more cost-effective.
     
  • To guide the organization on how to address the requirements of the standard and apply a principle-based quality management system that will make it more effective and efficient.

 TRAINING METHODOLOGY:
Our training includes workshops wherein outputs of training can already be used by the organization in the establishment of the quality management system. In effect, consultancy is typically done during the workshops and orientation. Our approach is to empower everyone in the organization to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve an effective and efficient quality management system on their own thru the conduct of training.
