DOLE 12 is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System Organization, The scope of our intervention includes training and empowering DOLE staff on Cloud Computing Technology which enables them to update real time Procedures and Processes Online.

Department of Trade and Industry – Egovernance Portal with Online Quality Management System

Department of Trade and Industry Region 11 Davao is an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, the scope of our intervention is to empower their office on Cloud Computing and assist on their Egovernance Strategy to deliver fast information both in their internal processes and external services to their clients covering the whole region. Provincial Offices have an access and can interact online with regional office, providing Egovernance Portal at their fingertips.

Local Government Unit of Kalamansig – EGOVERNANCE PORTAL

LGU Kalamansig is one of Region 12 spot for Eco Tourism, providing them a comprehensive website and Egovernance workshop trainings which harness their management a tool to market their LGU Online.

We have assisted and support on online documenting their ARTAs/ Citizen Charters for every office and establish an Online System where the People of Kalamansig can access their Procedures and services online. They are the first LGU in Region 12 that have comprehensive ARTA online, enabling them to improve their Governance and harvesting financial awards on Good Housekeeping from DILG.
